Valuable oils and proteins for a healthy diet

Fish is healthy. The German Nutrition Society recommends eating fish once or twice a week and points to the health-promoting effects of marine omega-3 fatty acids. The human body needs these, but can only produce them itself to a limited extent. In addition, fish is an ideal and easily digestible source of protein, especially as an alternative to meat, and is therefore becoming increasingly popular. LIPROMAR uses fish as a valuable raw material for the sustainable production of high-quality fish oils and fish proteins, which make these positive properties of fish available in a new form for use in food production.

LIPROMAR fish oils are characterized by their high quality, varietal purity and naturalness. They are extracted in a particularly gentle production process, which preserves their natural vitamins, color and antioxidants. In addition to salmon oil, our product portfolio includes other high-quality fish oils such as cod liver oil. All oils are produced sustainably and are available as ASC or MSC certified products.

Salmon oil

LiproLife Salmon (salmon oil) is made exclusively from Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) from northern European aquaculture. The natural vitamins and antioxidants allow a minimum shelf life of at least 18 months without the addition of additives. In addition, it is characterized by its natural red color.

Herring oil

LiproLife Herring (herring oil) is natural and rich in the proven health-promoting omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Depending on the season, the yellow or orange-colored oil is obtained from herring (Clupea harengus) from the northeast Atlantic.

Cod liver oil

LiproLife Cod liver (cod liver oil) is rich in marine omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A and D. The oil is obtained exclusively from fresh cod livers (Gadus morhua), which come from fish in the Barents Sea and the Norwegian Sea.

Mackerel oil

LiproLife Mackerel (mackerel oil) is extracted from mackerel (Scomber scombrus) of the Northeast Atlantic. The oil is characterized by its exceptionally high content of DHA and iodine. The particular mackerel smell and the yellow-orange oil color are characteristic.

MSC- and ASC-Certificate
